NSC Instructor Course

You can offer instruction at convenient times, emphasize the topics and skills your students need to learn, and select teaching methods you’re comfortable with.

As a National Safety Council instructor, you’re backed by years of expertise in emergency care.
  • Pre-requisite: You must be currently certified in Std CPR/First Aid/AED
  • NSC CPR, First Aid, and AED adult learning while refining teaching skills.

National Safety Council Standard First Aid, CPR, and AED Instructor Certification

Upon completion you will be certified to teach and will also receive a complete instructor resource package.

The Standard First Aid, CPR and AED course topics include:

  • Breathing and cardiac emergencies in adults, infants and children
  • Identifying and caring for bleeding, sudden illnesses and injuries
  • Preventing disease transmission
  • Introduction to AED's

Instructor Resource Package
Includes the Standard First Aid, CPR and AED instructor resource manual, student manual, VHS, DVD and instructor CD-ROM. Additional costs and materials may be required.

  • If for some reason you do not attend the class, $250 is non-refundable. (You may postpone the course with a valid excuse, such as the death of a close relative or a severe personal illness. If that is the case, Caskey CPR would allow you to reschedule the class.)

  • The cost is priceless when you are able to assist someone or save someone’s life.
  • Receipts and invoices are issued upon request or to major corporations or upon request.
  • Caskey CPR reserves the right to cancel and/or re-schedule classes as needed. (Example: inclement weather).

Charlotte Basic CPR, First Aid, and AED Certification
Register for your certification or re-certification in CPR, AED, and First Aid. Nationally accredited courses given through the National Safety Council. Upon completion and passing the course, students receive First Aid and CPR certification cards as well as full certification documents. Classes are interactive and students are encouraged take part in the hands-on instruction.
